Frameless Glass Doors - double doors
We use the term 'FRAMELESS GLASS DOOR' when the glass is installed directly into the wall reveal. The reveal can be plaster, tile, stone etc or even lined with timber.
The hinges are either fixed onto the wall/reveal (glass to wall type), or are fixed to the floor and ceiling (pivot type). Dependent on the hinge, the maximum width is 1200mm for each door, and the maximum weight is 120Kg for each door.
Doors are usually fitted with pull bar handles or knobs. If you only want the door to open one way, you can add a glass door stop at the side or top.

Hinges swing in both direction - open through 180°.
The door will hold itself in place when open at right angles and also when closed. There is no need for a latch.
Hinges self close from varying degrees, dependent on the specification and size/weight of the door.

Biloba 8010C soft close
Biloba 8010C is with hydraulic soft close and ajustable speed control. The screws and fixing bolts are concealed behind cover plates in either satin or polished stainless steel for a seamless finish.

Fiesta self centring hinge
Fiesta comes in a range of finishes, and is self centring from 15° degrees. It is suitable for lighter use doors in domestic situations where full, adjustable self closing in not required.

Bella self centring hinge
The Bella hinge comes in either polished chrome or satin nickel finish (like stainless steel), and is for smaller door leafs in light use domestic situations where full self closing is not a requirement.

Model A-508 hinge is self closing from about 80 degrees dependent on the size and weight of the glass.

UNICA PIVOT HINGE
The pivot point for the Unica glass door hinge is variable. This means it is ideal where doors open onto walls and in corners - so that the handle will not hit the wall when the door opens.

TRILOBA CORNER HINGE
Triloba fits in the corner of the glass at the top and bottom and is fixed with screws to the wall and floor. As the floor bears much of the weight, this allows for very large glass.
